Our Story
St. John's Lutheran School, established in 1848, has a rich history and heritage of providing an enriching educational experience for students. Over the years, the school continues to evolve and grow to meet the educational needs of Preschool-Grade 8 students in the 21st century.
As a Christian, faith-based school, we combine faith and family to create an environment of academic excellence. But we don’t stop there. Our small class sizes allow us to focus on each student’s spiritual, intellectual, physical, emotional and social growth. Our qualified teachers and staff partner with parents, effectively communicating each student’s progress and performance. And opportunities abound for students to explore God-given gifts and reach their highest potential.

Our Students
A visit to our campus quickly shows the joy children have in coming to school. A look into their eyes, the smiles on their faces, and their excitement as they walk through the hallways, is a real blessing. Their strong sense of being loved and encouraged is evident.

We know that no one can put a price tag on a quality education, but we still strive to make it very affordable. In fact, parents are often surprised at just how reasonable the cost is to attend our school. We also offer payment plans and tuition assistance to make it even easier.
